I’ve infiltrated DC and set up a reconnaissance post just outside the White House, the headquarters of occupying Cobra forces. The local Cobra leader is Hannibal – I’m not sure if that is just a codename, or if he is one of Mindbender’s clones. He seems to have shacked up with Zartan’s brother Zandar in the Presidential bedroom. I’m not one to judge, but it’s a relationship we can possibly use to our advantage. The rest of the city is held by BATs; there are relatively few Vipers on the ground. I’ve concealed myself from the BAT patrols for now, but my movements are restricted.
Awaiting further orders. Until then I will continue to observe.
