Megatron appears in his throne room at Castle Decepticon in Helex. He looks down from his perch at the top of a dais. Around him watch ever-silent statues of famed Decepticon generals past. Anger burns in Megatron's deep crimson optics, but his tone is the icy calm before a storm. In his gravelly, unmistakable voice, he records the following:
"Decepticons - the Autobots may have taken Toraxxis, but they will find the cost to be much more than their liking. [Starscream] - ready the doomsday device. While the Autobots celebrate their insignificant victory, we will take from them Earth and all who live there. Deploy your Seekers to hit Autobot convoys travelling to and from Toraxxis - we will harass them and keep them busy until it is far too late.
"Centerfold - until Nemesis is found, you remain in charge of Decepticon Medtech. Don't fail me, or you'll find yourself quickly replaced. Assist Shockwave in both his recovery and his analysis of what happened to our troops in Toraxxis. Made sure those injured are repaired as quickly as possible and cleared for battle - they'll be needed soon.
"Cyclonus - prepare a sabotage squad to destroy the Toraxxis mega-refinery and everything around it. Before you move in, send your agents to this new Autobot bar there to gather information -- if they will invite us in, we will take advantage of the opportunity to gain intelligence before we blow the Autobots and their neutral allies into their component atoms!
"Onslaught - once Intelligence has gathered what they need, assist Starscream's harassment efforts by leading regular strikes into Toraxxis. Hit the Autobots before they can build defenses against us - bleed them at every turn. Move in at irregular intervals so they never know when to expect us next. Do as much damage as possible so they bring as many reinforcements as they can spare to Toraxxis - all to be blown apart when we destroy the refinery."
Megatron breaks into a deep evil laugh at the thought. "Soon the Autobots will lose their home on Earth, and then their troops at Toraxxis. The double loss will break their back and cripple them for all time. The era of Decepticon ascendance is here. Do your part, Decepticons, and you will be rewarded with eternal victory!" With another dark laugh Megatron ends the transmission.
