As the Joe Team's resident concealment specialist, Ambush prefers to work alone. Few could reach his level of sneakiness and camouflage technique. Anyone else who goes with him will just give his position away. He honed his skills since he was a little boy so that by age ten, he could put up a convincing camouflage for almost any hiding place. A simple game of hide-and-seek turned into an incident that caught the attention of the National Guard.

Canonical/Pre-MUX/Theme History:[]
Ambush was born in Walnut, California. He is an expert in camoflague and concealment and has distinguished himself in many covert operations. In his first mission as a member of the G.I. Joe team, Ambush was part of the advance recon team that was sent to the Middle East and participated in the Battle of Benzheen in which several Joes lost their lives. Ambush later drove the G.I. Joe Battle Wagon during a mission in Trans-Carpathia. During that mission, the Joes defended Destro and the Baroness against Cobra forces.
Following that mission, the Joes Hawk and Lady Jaye were captured by local security police in the Borovian capitol of Grodsnz. Ambush and the remaining Joes drove the Battle Wagon into the city and rescued Hawk and Lady Jaye. Though Ambush continued with the Joe team until it was disbanded in 1994, his subsequent missions remain classified.
MUX History:[]
Ambush was later called back to join the reinstated Joe team. As of 2014, Ambush was a reserve member of the Joes, available to be called upon when needed.
In 2023, Ambush was promoted to Staff Sergeant (SSG) and assigned to the Pit III.
