Fixed Wing Pilot
5 - O-2 - 1st Lieutenant

From the time BAMBI was a child, she lived military aircraft the way many boys grow up dreaming of cars, and she obtained her first pilot's license at 16. Graduating from RMC (Royal Military College in Quebec, Canada) with the life-long dream of being a fighter pilot, she found herself shuffled to a desk job after a brief tour of duty with the C130 Hercules aircraft. Transferring to the USAF, she finally saw flight combat piloting the C130 as cargo transport for G.I.Joe. Although she has an easy sense of humor, she is tougher-than-nails when she needs to be, and is fully accepted as 'one of the guys' whether on or off duty. With piloting, first aid, and search-and-rescue experience under her belt, she is welcome even by those who still feel women do not belong in combat. She is deadly accurate with a pistol (but hopeless with a rifle) and is known to have her cross-breed dog glued to her side when off duty or on a tracking or search-and-rescue mission. She loves to sing, but couldn't hit a note if someone held it in place for her. Nicknamed BAMBI by fellow pilots who saw females as soft and gentle non-combat sorts, she tends to try to hide her feminine side with everyone except closest comrades.
Bambi was last seen on the MUX in Sept of 2002.
